Miami Dade College X-Ray Lab
The X-ray Labs at the Miami Dade College Medical Campus has brought new life to the Radiology program by transforming the existing 1974 classroom in to a new 1,500 s.f. state-of-the-art radiology department. The central classroom with its high ceilings and large exterior windows provide a practice simulation patient table and control areas that are open to the double X-ray training rooms and CT Simulator room. The X-ray labs and central classroom encourages students to learn the necessary skills in the Radiology profession, which are accommodated by the architectural character of the spaces.
